Kasia Mrowinska is our End-to-End (E2E) Operations Manager for our Iver Depot at TNT Post UK. Prior to starting this role 5 months ago, Kasia has worked at TNT for almost 3 years. She started her career journey with us at our Depot in Coatbridge, Scotland where she gained a wealth of experience before moving to Iver 18 months ago.

Her current role involves her being responsible for the End-to-End process in Iver and managing a team of 115 employees. Ensuring that performance and targets are achieved.

We met up with Kasia to ask her a few questions about herself and her job role at TNT Post:

1)    Kasia, tell us a bit about your self

I’m 31 years of age and grew up in the beautiful city of Bielawa, in South West Poland. I completed a Business Management course before moving to Coatbridge in Scotland in 2006. I like to challenge myself in any opportunity, always taking on any new tasks and I am very passionate about the work I get involved in.

2)    As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up and why?

When I was a child I wanted to be a cardiac surgeon. I always admired those who could save lives.

3)    How long have you been at TNT Post UK?

Almost 3 years now; 1 year in Coatbridge, Scotland and the last 18 months in Iver.

4)    What have been your highlights at TNT Post UK?

For me personally our internal DEAL program, which I’m a member of, has been my highlight. Also as TNT is growing everyday we are proving that we can change the impossible in to the possible.

5)    List three words you would you use to describe yourself

1.    Ambitious
2.    Demanding
3.    Fair

6)    What has been your proudest achievement?

Firstly I’m proud of being promoted 3 times within 12 months at TNT.
And secondly, my proudest achievement is the outstanding E2E team that I helped to create at Iver and the work that we achieved for the go live date for the Harrow E2E service.

7)    What do you enjoy the most about your job role?

I enjoy working under pressure with multiple tasks to complete.  Also the freedom and trust given to be by my line manager to make decisions.

8)    If you were stranded on a desert island, name one person and two items that you would want with you?

Lighter, knife, and my best childhood friend Marzena because we always have fun no matter what.
