At TNT Post we provide many opportunities to help our employees build sustainable careers. We have proved this following the success of our end-to-end delivery service, where we have created jobs for local residents who may have been unemployed, juggling childcare commitments or a school/college leaver.
But it’s not just the stable income that has been a benefit for many of our end-to-end employees. Monitoring the development of the people we have employed, watching them grow their skills and competencies into a job that they are passionate about has been the greatest outcome.
