Our E2E Posties deliver mail in South West London and Greater Manchester from many national and local organisations – banks, utilities, hospitals and many local councils.

The service started in 2012 and soon became an alternative to Royal Mail for many businesses.

Our Posties have quickly become friendly and familiar faces to the streets of London and Manchester.  Dressed in distinctive orange and black uniform they are not hard to miss.

To ensure that we deliver an exceptional service, we would like to share with you how we approach handling your important mail items, the TNT Post way.

E2E stands for End-to-End, the process in which only TNT Post handles your mail items from start to finish.  We start by collecting mail items from national and local organisations and transport them into our Depots.

Once all items have been sorted, your mail is then taken to our Delivery Units which are located within your local area.  This is where our team of Posties organise  the mail ready for their postal rounds.

When our Posties deliver your mail items, you may notice that they scan the mail before they pop it through your letterbox.  This is our track & trace service and enables us to let the sender know your letters have been safely delivered.

Also, we currently only deliver mail to parts of South West London and Greater Manchester, so we do not cover all areas.

To determine whether your mail was delivered by us you simply need to look for our indicia (see below) on the top right hand corner of the envelope.   To recognise that we have delivered your mail, there should only be an indicia from TNT Post, no other postal operator.

So to conclude, we only deliver mail to your letterboxes  that we collect from businesses.  We are the only handler of your mail if the envelope has the above indicia printed on it without any other postal operator stamps then you know it was us who delivered your mail
