Where and when were you born?

I was born in Leeds, on a rough council housing estate called Halton Moor.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be like Peter Pan and never grow up, but I remember wanting to be a cowboy.

What is your proudest achievement?

My fifth hole in one, it was the 2nd hole on a 294 yard par 4 and took me 7 years of trying.

What three character traits would your friends use to describe you?

Fun, loyal and competitive.

Who are your heroes?

Steve Ballesteros, as he was a great leader and very charismatic. Mike Tyson was absolutely awesome in his younger years and I admire him as he never took a backwards step. Finally Tiger Woods, just because of him being a golfing superstar.

What has been your most memorable moment at TNT Post so far?

The depot move, closing one depot on the Saturday and opening up the new depot on the Monday. It went smoothly without any major issues... apart from all the printing off in the old building!

What was your first job? What did you like or not like about it?

My first job was working as a porter in a wholesale fruit and vegetables market. I had to walk four miles to get there at two in the morning which is certainly something I don't miss...

If you won the lottery tomorrow, what would you do with the money?

I would look after my close family and friends, definitely buy a racehorse and a fast car, and if it was the Euro Millions probably buy a golf course in a warm climate.

Do you have any hobbies or special interests? Do you enjoy any particular sports?

I play golf regularly (not as regularly as I would like) to a ten handicap. I also love horse racing and Rugby League.

What is the most played song on your iPod?

I think my iPod has been hijacked! I have two top played songs, "Footloose" and "Girl you'll be a woman soon".

What would you name your autobiography?

"What the hell, it was good whilst it lasted."
