TNT Post UK offer a range of domestic postal packet and parcel products. Whilst we do offer a domestic economy parcel service, we currently do not offer any Next Day, insured courier services. We also do not currently offer an outbound international parcel service. There are other companies operating in the UK with similar brands and company names, and we do not have access to their systems or share services. To help you best route your enquiry, please see the below on how to identify the company you should contact:

 

If your tracking number starts with 3S or ends with NL then Click Here

 

If you have used the above website to track your item, your item is being delivered through TNT Post Netherlands. Your barcode is likely to either start with ‘3S’ or end with the letters ‘NL’

 

If your Parcel is coming from TNT Post Netherlands we regretfully are unable to help with these queries.

When the parcel reaches the country of destination it will be handed over to a third party courier.

Please contact the sender of your parcel, who in turn will contact the Netherlands to obtain details of the courier completing the delivery to your door.

If you are awaiting an item next day or through a tracked courier service, it is likely that your item will be delivered by TNT Express.

 

If your item was dispatched through TNT Express, please be advised they are a separate company to TNT Post. We do not have access to their systems so are unable to help with your enquiry.
