MAKING A COMPLAINT

Recipients of TNT Post mail who wish to make a complaint about delivery, non-delivery, loss, damage, delay or similar may contact TNT Post in the following ways:

Complaints should be submitted within 30 days of the incident date. TNT Post aims to investigate and resolve all complaints within 28 days of the date the complaint was submitted.

Please note: this complaints service is for mail handled by TNT Post UK.

This can be determined by looking for our logo (indicia) in the top right hand corner of your mail (see below). If you're mail was destined for the UK but was first handled by TNT Post in another country, for example Holland, please contact the TNT Post customer services team in the country of origin. Contact details for TNT Post in Holland and other countries can be found on their respective websites. Large parcels labelled with a "TNT" or "TNT Express" logo are not handled by TNT Post, as such enquiries or complaints should be directed to TNT Express on 0800 100 600.

Independent advice is available from Consumer Direct who can be contacted on 08454 04 05 06. (www.consumerdirect.gov.uk)

Recipients of mail delivered by a TNT Post Delivery Operative who are not happy with TNT Post's resolution of their complaint, or if a conclusion has not been reached within 8 weeks of the original complaint, may refer their complaint to an independent redress scheme. Details of the redress scheme will be provided for complaints which reach this stage.

Mail delivered by a TNT Post Delivery Operative can be identified by the indicia printed in the top right hand corner of an envelope (pictured), which will carry the unique number 'CL102'.

TNT Post account holders who wish to make a complaint should contact their Account Manager.
